The place many of us begin our studies is in the local health food store where the wealth of information and products available may be overwhelming at first. Many health food stores recognize the connection between body, spirit, and mind and offer a wide selection of items from foods and vitamins to books on psychology and spiritual healing. There is so much available today that I can’t imagine being able to stay in a store long enough to even get a start on what will become a lifelong project for many of us. Often the simplest way is the best as we learn after much complicated study and years of effort.
